There will be a Polish Pavilion at the Posidonia 2024 International Maritime Fair

Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Arkadiusz Marchewka inaugurated work on organising the Polish Pavilion at the Posidonia 2024 International Maritime Fair. Representatives of Polish shipyards, the largest Polish seaports and other maritime stakeholders were present at the meeting, which took place on 6 February 2024. The fair will take place from 3-7 June 2024 in Athens.

Polish Pavilion to be set up at International Maritime Fair Posidonia 2024 The Ministry of Infrastructure, together with its partners, has started working on preparing the Polish Pavilion at the International Maritime Fair Posidonia 2024. Details of the pavilion, elements of the exhibition strategy and issues concerning accompanying events, such as the presentation of Polish entities participating in the fair, are currently being worked out.

The Posidonia International Maritime Fair is one of the world’s largest and most important maritime trade fairs, held every two years. The Polish Pavilion is set up by many entities of the Polish maritime industry, both from the private sector and state-owned companies.

The prototype of this project was the Polish Maritime Industry Pavilion, created with the involvement of the Ministry of Infrastructure during the Posidonia 2018 International Maritime Fair in Athens. Poland’s strong presence at this high-profile maritime trade fair serves to build and strengthen Poland’s maritime industry on foreign markets and to enhance Poland’s image and position as a vibrant, modern maritime state.
