Port of Gdynia Authority SA invites you to participate in an open tender for the selection of a leaseholder for a part of the manoeuvring and storage yard located at 1 Logistyczna Street in Gdynia.
The purpose of the square will be storage activities in port and maritime traffic, including activities related to packaging/preparing cargo for/for maritime transport, with particular emphasis on containers, excluding activities related to the assembly of equipment, transhipment and storage of bulk cargo, scrap metal and other types of waste, as well as conducting shipyard activities (construction, reconstruction, repairs, liquidation of ships or their segments/parts).
The procedure for the selection of the Lessee for a part of Plot No. 2 will be carried out by means of an open public tender in which, in response to the public announcement of the Procedure, final offers may be submitted by all interested Lessees meeting the conditions of participation in the Procedure described in the Specification of the Procedure. The Port of Gdynia informs that the deadline for the submission of the final bids in the Proceeding together with the required documents is 21 March 2023 at 10:00 am.
The Port Authority invites all entities interested in the subject of the Proceedings to participate in the tender procedure.
