New CEO of the Port of Gdansk Authority

Łukasz Malinowski has been elected by the Supervisory Board as a Chief Executive Officer of the Management Board of the Port of Gdansk Authority. He will take up his position on 27 April this year.

The new CEO is an experienced manager and legal advisor with 20 years of professional career, specialising in corporate management and legal teams.

For the last three years, he has been operationally managing the Gdańsk branch of Energa-Operator S.A., currently part of the Orlen Group. He has been involved with Energa Group since 2016 at various management levels. He is also responsible for the areas of corporate management as well as personnel policy.

For more than seven years, he was also associated with Bank PH S.A. (GE Capital Group), previously also with Nordea Bank Polska S.A.

A legal advisor, and a graduate of the University of Gdańsk, he ran his own law firm as well as cooperated with well-known law firms in the Tri-City area.

The competition for the new CEO of the Port of Gdansk Authority was announced at the end of March this year.
