Meeting with the CEO of the Swedish port of Ystad

Deputy Infrastructure Ministers Marek Gróbarczyk and Grzegorz Witkowski hosted the President of the Port of Ystad, Björn Boström.

During the meeting at the Ministry of Infrastructure, the cooperation of Polish ferry operators to date and the development prospects related to the renewal of the Polish ferry fleet were discussed. The meeting was also attended by representatives of Polish Shipping and Polish Baltic Shipping.

The port of Ystad is the third largest transport hub in Sweden. It provides, through the port of Świnoujście, a maritime connection between the Nordic countries and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
