On 15 March, Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. finalised the purchase of property located at ul. Czechosłowacka 3, on Hungarian Quay, from Vistal Stocznia Remontowa Sp. z o.o.

This means that Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. is now the perpetual usufructee of the developed land property, with property rights to the buildings, structures and facilities of property covering 35,396 m2, including the 440 lm of Hungarian Quay.

– Following the assumptions of the development strategy for the port, we have long been interested in purchasing the area directly adjacent to the property of Port of Gdynia Authority SA – commented Adam Meller, President of the Management Board of Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. – The area purchased will enable further development of the Port of Gdynia.
