The partially outfitted hull to be delivered from Nauta was commissioned by Fitjar Mekaniske Verksted AS. Just a couple of hours later the same B1 slipway of the former Gdansk Shipyard in Nauta’s Gdańsk newbuilding facility witnessed the second ceremony. At 2:00 p.m. the command was sounded to launch the 88 m long and 9.2 m wide Ruth, commissioned by Karstensens Skibsvaerft AS of Denmark to be delivered from Nauta as partly outfitted hull. After Haugagut and Kvannoy, Ruth is the third seiner built for this Danish shipyard.
