Conrad Shipyard launches superyacht ‘Extra Time’

Gdansk-based Conrad Shipyard has launched the second luxury yacht in the Conrad C144s series – Extra Time (the first was Ace). She is another in a series of the largest superyachts built entirely in Poland to date.

Reymond Langton Design is responsible for the architectural design of the superyacht’s exterior, M2Atelier for the interiors, and from the technical point of view Extra Time is the work of designers from Diana Yacht Design. As the shipyard’s official announcement reads – Extra Time offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Ace’s unique interiors served as a profound inspiration for Extra Time, providing a seamless blend of elegance and sophistication. All in line with the Italian designers’ philosophy of ‘less is more’.

The superyacht can accommodate up to 10 guests in five cabins, including the master suite, and also has cabins for nine crew members. The vessel is equipped with two Caterpillar engines, giving it a top speed of 14 knots and a range of 5100 nautical miles. She will spend her first season in the south of France.

The Conrad C144s series has, the yard says, set a new standard in yacht production, with the first vessel, Ace, winning eight international awards. The launch of Extra Time, marks another milestone in the Conrad shipyard’s legacy of excellence. The yacht is due to be officially christened and handed over to the owner by the end of April 2024.

“For our shipyard, the next launch is another success for the company and all its employees. It is a testament to our more than 20 years of tradition and experience in building best-in-class superyachts. Extra Time shines just like her predecessor, Ace. With her timeless silhouette, she will dazzle in every corner of the world,” – Mikołaj Król, president of Conrad Shipyard, said.

The shipyard adds that hull three of the C144s series is at an advanced stage of construction and is scheduled for delivery in spring 2025, while hull four is currently being offered for sale.
